All pickup orders qualify for free shipping. Once your order is placed and payment is completed online, you can collect your items at our Mong Kok store or Kwai Chung pickup point.

Standard processing time is 2 days. A pickup notification will be sent to you once your order is ready. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to collect your items. Upon arrival, please present your order number, name, and phone number for verification.

Below are the pickup locations and hours:

1. Mong Kok Gala Place Store

• Address: Room 1809-10, 18/F, Gala Place, 56 Dundas Street, Mong Kok
• Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 - 20:00 (Open on public holidays)

2. Kwai Chung Pickup Point (Online Store Office)

• Address: Room 1511, 15/F, Vanta Industrial Centre, 21-33 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung (Kwai Hing Station, Exit A)
• Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

1. Delivery Locations

When placing your order online, you can choose to collect your items at any SF Express network point in Hong Kong, or have them delivered directly to a designated residential or office address. SF Express network points include:

• SF Stores
• SF Lockers
• SF Service Partner

2. Delivery Time

Once payment is completed, your items will be dispatched via SF Express. Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered to your chosen location within 3-4 working days after payment completion.

* Working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
